Are you a publisher, editor, or blogger looking for fresh, new lifestyle content?
Apron Free Cooking is a syndicated cooking column sent weekly (every Monday morning) to publishers everywhere. Apron Free Cooking differs from the standard cooking columns found in the lifestyle pages. I focus on writing for busy people who need good food to feed their families. Each column is written using AP-Style formatting.
I strive to do three things in each column I publish. First, provide the reader with a recipe, nutritional information and meal ideas. Always, the recipes need to be simple, made with ingredients that are easily available. And finally, I include in each column an entertaining, thought provoking personal anecdote. Readers develop a personal connection with the anecdotes and look forward to the next column.
Feedback on Apron Free Cooking from readers and editors has been positive. Readers keep the current and past publications on hand for future use of the recipes.
“I happily recommend Noel Lizotte’s Apron Free Cooking columns. The content is always clean of errors and flows easily. The recipes are easy to make (I’ve tried many of them) and always end in success. The story behind each recipe entertains, enlightens and congers up pleasant memories of my own childhood. Noel is always on time with our strict newspaper deadlines, following the editorial rules and creates timely copy. I can always count on her column in my inbox.”
~ Rachel Mendell, Editor, Galion Inquirer
“It has been a pleasure to work with Noel Lizotte of ApronFreeCooking.com for several years. Through Noel’s creative recipes and wonderful content, she shows that going “apron free” doesn’t mean compromising on taste! Additionally, Noel has been a reliable, dedicated contributor to Culinary.net and we appreciate having her on our extended “team”!”
