Fine Print

This site is about cooking for the rest of us with no strings attached and that allows us to live in the real world. The recipes are my own or commonly known with my personal adaptations unless you see credits for other people. I’m a firm believer in giving credit where it’s due. I have not knowingly copped somebody’s work and called it my own. Copyright infringement is an adventure none of us want to try.

Photos are my own unless you see credits for other photographers. I use a simple point and shoot kind of digital camera.

Comments are welcome, but are moderated. Please be considerate of other people and be polite. The Walt Disney character Thumper was a rabbit who’s mother continually reminded him “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.” Yeah, that’s a good idea. Constructive criticism is encouraged, we can all learn from other’s experience. Rudeness is not acceptable. If you are rude, your comment will be blocked. Obscenities have no place on this site and vulgarity will also be blocked. Please let me know what your results where when you tried one of my recipes. Did your family love it? Did you substitute an ingredient? I’d love to hear!
