Fried Cabbage ~ Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 8 ounce Bacon I used Real Bacon Bits

Directions

Melt butter in cast iron skillet.

Slice onion and cabbage.

Cook all ingredients in skillet under cover until cabbage is wilted and tender.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve.
