I promise that’s a big statement but the fudge lives up to it! I’ve eaten my share of fudge over the years. I’ve also tried my hand at making fudge several times. I get tested recipe. I gather the finest ingredients. I follow the instructions. And something happens to my fudge that turns a dream candy into hunks of rock sugar. I had decided a few years back, that I wasn’t making fudge ever again, but instead was just going to pay my friend Shirley to make the fudge for me. Hers always turns out perfectly. Shirley still makes the best, most perfect fudge I’ve eaten … but this recipe works pretty darn well for me. Two Bit Fudge Ingredients: 1 can (16 oz) Vanilla Frosting 1 … Continue reading →
