Bacon Ranch Cheese Spread Recipe

I love cheese balls! I just don’t do a very good job at making them.  True confession. I’ve never had a cheese ball turn out to look like a pretty, round, coated, ball. I found a way to enjoy cheese balls, without feeling the defeat of formation. Serve the cheese ball in a bowl and call it “spread”! Don’t laugh, it tastes the same and looks almost as pretty. Well, it looks yummy anyway. What better flavors to use in a cheese ball, I mean, spread, than Bacon and Ranch? Those are two family favorites at my house. I’m sure you know plenty of people who rank those flavors high on the charts also. Bacon Ranch Cheese Spread Recipe Ingredients: 2 (8 oz) packages Cream Cheese 1 (2.5 oz) package Ranch Dressing powder 1 (3.5 oz) package Bacon Bits 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese Directions: Place cream cheese on counter and allow to soften for an hour. Cut into small pieces and place into medium mixing bowl. Add Ranch dressing powder, bacon and cheese. Mix with electric mixer until well blended. Simple Two Bit Fudge Recipe

One bit, two bits, three bits, a dollar…do you remember that playground song from your school days? We used to sing it while jumping rope and we didn’t even know what a “bit” was in this sense. For the record, a bit was an old fashioned term for a quarter, or twenty-five cents. Now the song adds up! Two Bit Fudge is the best fudge you’ll ever find made with only two ingredients. I promise that’s a big statement but the fudge lives up to it! I’ve eaten my share of fudge over the years. I’ve also tried my hand at making fudge several times. I get tested recipe. I gather the finest ingredients. I follow the instructions. And something happens to my fudge that turns a dream candy into hunks of rock sugar. I had decided a few years back, that I wasn’t making fudge ever again, but instead was just going to pay my friend Shirley to make the fudge for me. Hers always turns out perfectly. Amazing Pepperoni Snack Bites

Holiday parties, potlucks, carry-in dinners and family gatherings are on my calendar this month. I’ll bet they’re on yours, too.  I put these quick snacks together for a gathering the other day, and they were so popular, I had to share the recipe! The beauty of this recipe is the use of prepared dough and pre-sliced pepperoni. The whole recipe comes together in about half an hour, so you don’t have to slave over a hot oven, and you’ll still be the hit of the party. Pepperoni Snack Bites Ingredients: 1 pkg refrigerated Crescent Rolls 8 slices Pepperoni 8 Green Olives 4 tsp Cream Cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. On a baking sheet, unroll and separate the crescent roll dough. Flatten slightly. At the wide end of the triangle, place a single slice of pepperoni. Top the pepperoni with a half of a teaspoon of the cream cheese. Add an olive on each triangle of dough. Fold the dough over the filling and press to seal. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-17 minutes, or until golden.
