    We love our butternut squash all year long but especially in the Fall. In fact, it is quite the versatile veggie. We like to make it savory with that touch of sweetness. I bet yours with the cinnamon and sugar is delicious.

  2. Butternut Squash is my favourite of all the squash family, it has such a lovely deep nutty flavour (as we know from it’s name!) and it really goes with anything – chicken, fish, beef!!

  3. Cut the butternut squash in half and place each half separately in pressure cooker with avocado oil, cook on high pressure for 10 mins. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the butternut squash in half and place avocado oil on the orange part of squash.
