  1. Yes, I remember all those interesting Hawaiian names for different kinds of fish: wahoo, ono, etc. Fresh fish is so tasty. If you’re looking for not so fishy tasting fish that’s available in stores, halibut would be my suggestion. It has an amazing texture and flavor (not fishy) and you can find it in stores.
