    In Italy, we like to dip something in our cappuccino especially in the morning. This bread sounds perfect for that. Chocolate and coffee is the best combination there is

  2. Do you add the melted butter to the egg & milk? And then beat til frothy….or do you add the melted butter to the wet/dry mixture seperately?

    My guess is the scalded milk should be cooled and probably could have dissolved the espresso in the milk
    And I think the addition of vanilla would be a plus
