    • Kacie, It seems like they should sell apple cider vinegar in bottles of every size – from 1 ounce to 5 gallons … because people have such a variety of uses on it. I usually buy the 14 ounce size and struggle to find uses … this dressing was part of my solution!

      While vinegar and olive oil are shelf stable, the need to refrigerate is low. Certainly refrigeration is a safety step to lengthen the lifespan of the dressing.
      I generally make small batches that are used in a single recipe.
      Refrigeration will not harm the dressing.
