Banana Tea Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1.75 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 lg bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the egg until fluffy. Add oil sugar and bananas.
  4. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill greased muffin tins ¾ full with batter.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees until toothpick comes clean.
