Roasted Chicken Thighs

Sunday dinner made easy! 

Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken thighs
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sage
  • Celery Seed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Place chicken thighs in baking dish, skin side up.

  3. Brush olive oil over skins.

  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, sage and celery seed on chicken.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes, until juices run clear.

  6. Broil 2 minutes on high to crisp skin.
