Noodle Casserole - Grandma's Vintage Recipe

Better tasting than Hamburger Helper and a lot healthier, too!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Hamburger
  • 16 oz Noodles
  • 30 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup (2 cans)
  • 5 oz Mushrooms
  • Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Using a skillet on top the stove, brown hamburger completely.

  3. Drain any grease and mix soup into hamburger.

  4. Prepare noodles in boiling water according to package directions.

  5. Drain water from noodles.  

  6. Mix noodles with hamburger, soup and add mushrooms. 

  7. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
