One Pot Italian Pasta

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce Pasta
  • 30 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion cut in julienne slices
  • 4 cloves Garlice thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Basicl
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Place pasta, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and mushrooms in a large pan.
  2. Add the broth and spices then drizzle with oil.
  3. Cover the pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes.
  5. Stir every 2 minutes or so. Cook until almost all the liquid is absorbed.
