Crockpot Beef Stew and Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 -2 lb Beef Roast cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 3 large Potatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 1 large Onion
  • 3 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 oz Beef Gravy powder
  • 1 package Prepared Biscuits

Instructions

  1. Place meat in bottom of crockpot.

  2. Chop vegetables into 1/2 - 1 inch pieces and place on top of meat. 

  3. Add broth and cook 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low. 

  4. Remove 1 cup of broth and mix with gravy powder, return to crockpot. 

  5. Open biscuits and place on top of stew.

  6. Cover and cook on high 45 minutes or until biscuits are baked.
