Ingredients

  • 3 c Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 1./2 c Sugar
  • 1 c Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1/4 c Lavender Flowers fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Lightly grease 2 loaf pans or 1 Bundt cake pan.

  3. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.

  4. Beat sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla in large bowl on high speed.

  5. Using electric mixer, beat on high for 5 minutes.

  6. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Mixing completely between additions.

  7. Stir in lavender.

  8. Pour mixture into greased pans.

  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
