Roasted Red Pepper Soup

Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 14 oz Red Peppers in oil
  • 2 TB Catsup

Instructions

  1. Drain red peppers.

  2. Place red peppers in blender.

  3. Add evaporated milk and catsup.

  4. Pulse until smooth.

  5. Transfer to saucepan.

  6. Heat over medium until warmed through.
