Valentine Brownies

Valentine’s Day and chocolate go hand in hand. I’m not sure whoever came up with the idea that love is expressed with chocolate, but I’m not arguing with that tradition! This is a nice treat to make for the school Valentine’s party or to just share with your family. Of course, if you’re taking these tothe school party, you’ll probably want to double the recipe. I’ve never met any group who can eat like elementary school students! (aren’t you just ready to reach into that picture and grab a brownie?!) If you really want to impress your Valentine, cut the brownies with a heart cookie cutter before icing. Then serve the brownie on top of their favorite ice cream! Valentine Brownies Recipe Ingredients: 1 15 oz Brownie Mix 2 Eggs 3 TB Water ¼ c Oil 2 TB Butter ¼ c Milk 1 c Powdered Sugar Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the brownie mix with the eggs, water and oil or as described on the package. Place a layer of wax paper in the bottom of 9×13 baking dish. Valentine’s Day Planning

Valentine’s Day is sneaking up on me. I’ve been cruising along feeling like January with all the snow and cold we’ve been having, and all of a sudden – the calendar says February!
